The product should be returned back to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any delays beyond that won't be accepted.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 1. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase, the product can be exchanged for anything you like from the website. Sizes can be exchanged as well.
2. Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed. 
3. We will issue a credit note if the size of the desired product is out of stock. The credit note will be valid for Six months from date of exchange i.e when we receive the product.
4. Custom size/color/design products can't be exchanged.

5. Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Customers are required to provide UNBOXING video proof of the clothing item received, showing its condition and any defects, if applicable, before initiating a return. 

6. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. 

7. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit or via bank transfer.

8. The store credit is valid up to 6 months.

9. Please note exchange is allowed once per order. Multiple exchange requests for one order will not be accepted.

We ensure to deliver nothing but the best quality products that are defect free to our customers. All our pieces are thoroughly checked before dispatching.
